Watching buys the readout, never the number. Paying cannot raise your rank, add you to the Index, or remove you from it. There is no tier that touches a grade — and that restriction is the only reason the number is worth forwarding to anyone.

Tiers go by how many businesses are in the book and how many markets it spans. Not sure which one you are? Ask us — we will tell you honestly, and we would rather you started smaller.
What you are not buying
- Not a better score. The grade is computed from the battery and the probe. A subscription changes what you are told, never what is true.
- Not placement. There is no promoted row, no sponsored slot, no way to appear above someone who out-scored you.
- Not leads. We do not sell your details, and we do not sell anyone else's to you.
- Not a white-label grade. Agencies cannot rebrand the number as their own, because a number you publish about yourself is not evidence.
- Not removal. Cancelling stops the readouts. Your scorecard stays public and free, exactly as it is for the 57 businesses who never subscribed.
